- Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders — from dispatchers and field techs to operations VPs — and translate messy real-world workflows into clean process diagrams, user stories, and solution architecture documents.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions: work orders, scheduling, resource management, IoT-connected assets, mobile experiences, and customer communications.
- Build the connective tissue — configure connectors (custom and out-of-box), integrate Field Service with ERP, telematics, and back-office systems, and stand up Power Platform environments with proper ALM and governance.
