We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Architect + Developer to lead the design and development of our Recruiter CRM solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. This hybrid role combines architectural leadership with hands-on development. Solution Architecture Define end-to-end architecture for D365 Sales implementation, including data model, security, and integration strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. Establish architectural standards for customizations, Power Platform components, and integration patterns. Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance frameworks. Development & Customization Configure D365 Sales: entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
