We're looking for a passionate and skilled CRM Software Engineer to play a key role in delivering a world‑class customer experience through our digital channels. Reporting to the Director of Digital Development and Operations, you will be a lead technical expert, working within a cross‑functional team to drive the full software development lifecycle for our CRM systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and implement modifications to existing programs to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement efficient, high‑quality code.
- Create and deploy quality assurance procedures, tools, and metrics to maintain system integrity and operational practicality.
- Work closely with a cross‑functional team, including Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts, to deliver cohesive solutions.
