At Unipartner, we're looking for a Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant to mentor talented teams and deliver innovative CRM solutions and enterprise system integrations. Based in the Lisbon area, this role blends hands‑on technical leadership with project management, giving you the opportunity to drive change and inspire others.
You will mentor high‑performing teams working on impactful Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. Take ownership of billable client engagements, from designing and developing solutions to overseeing successful implementation.
Work with a mix of established and emerging Microsoft technologies to deliver real value and innovation across customer transformation initiatives. Provide technical guidance, ensuring best practices, governance, security, and solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.
