Dynamics 365 Lead - Full remote - Portugal

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of Dynamics solutions. This role combines technical leadership, solution design, and stakeholder management, playing a key role in ensuring high-quality implementations aligned with business objectives.

Tasks

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 solution design, from requirements analysis through implementation and go-live

Define the solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards

Act as the primary point of contact for business and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into robust Dynamics solutions

Drive Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including configuration, customization, and integrations

Provide technical and functional leadership to the delivery team, ensuring best practices are followed

Manage and mentor Dynamics developers, consultants, and functional analysts
