Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Support Analyst to join our D365 F&O Application Support Center of Excellence in Palma, Spain at Level 3. In this role, you will take ownership of complex technical incidents, develop and deploy robust fixes, and drive continuous improvement across a live enterprise D365 F&O estate. You will work closely with functional leads and service management to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to SLAs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Level 3 Support & Incident Resolution
    • Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents and problems
    • Perform root cause analysis and deliver robust fixes
    • Resolve issues related to:
      • oData integrity and posting
      • oBatch jobs and performance
      • oIntegrations and interfaces
      • ollaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors when needed
