What you’ll do at Insight:

• Lead and manage the Manila-based AI Business Solutions team (Architects, Senior Consultants, Consultants and Contractors), owning day‑to‑day people leadership, performance management, coaching and career development.
• Partner with the ANZ Delivery Lead to forecast capacity, plan resourcing and align Manila bench capability with the ANZ pipeline of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio engagements.
• Establish and uphold technical governance practices in Manila — design reviews, code reviews, ALM, deployment standards and quality gates — in collaboration with Principal Consultants and Architects in ANZ.
