Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst (Toronto)

Overview

Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst – a 6‑month contract (potential extension) for a recent implementation of our client's Sales and Customer Service modules.

Experience

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (latest version) customization and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Service modules, including SSRS reports.
• Experience with Dynamics Marketing or other email marketing tools (e.g. ClickDimensions).
• Experience with full‑life cycle implementations of Dynamics CRM.
• Basic understanding of integration methodologies and web development fundamentals using Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics xRM, .Net Framework, SQL Server, SOA / Web Services).
• Knowledge of release‑management processes (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Experience in Agile (Scrum) based methodology.
• Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 an asset.
