- Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets, etc.) based on business requirements
- Design and document business processes, data flows, mapping tables, and integration requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customizations
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide post go live support
- Advise stakeholders on best practices, standard functionality, and process optimization
- Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and status reporting
