You’ll also support revenue optimization efforts and help achieve sales objectives through effective event management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate event requests across departments.
• Follow up on room bookings and event details.
• Meet guests to discuss their event needs and provide direction.
• Act as a liaison between guests and food & beverage teams.
• Conduct operational meetings to relay critical information.
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera PMS is beneficial.
