Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employment litigation files from pleadings to resolution
• Represent the organization in Alberta and BC courts
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and settlement materials
• Participate in alternate dispute resolution (ADR)
• Support proactive risk mitigation and policy development
Requirements:
• Called to the Bar in Alberta or British Columbia
• 1–4 years of employment or litigation experience
