Dvc Coordinator - Make (Xico)

Responsibilities

This position will follow up national action plans to PMF digital transformation strategy within plants and supply chain by acting as an expert in tools providing coaching and training to ensure adoption, creating standardization and a robust governance of the agenda aligned in business BU priorities.

As DVC National Coordinator (Manufacturing) your responsibilities would consist of:

• Partner with Project Teams (LATAM DVC, MOS, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Site Teams) to lead all project activities
• Partner with PMF areas leaders to ensure adoption and use of digital tools are in the business priority.
• Implement new business KPIs and standardize them through all manufacturing sites plants that have digital capabilities installed (MES, Predictive Maintenance, Quality 4.0, Teleplaneta 2.0, inbound control tower, transportation control tower and customer control tower)
