Overview
Duty Supervisor at Etihad Airways plans, directs, and supervises airport operations, oversees team and service provider performance, and ensures safety, security, customer service, quality, and financial objectives are delivered in accordance with safety, security, regulatory and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, brand requirements, company policy/procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage safety and security outcomes on a shift basis through hazard identification, safety and compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate VIP/MAAS, PRM and other special guest requirements, including assessment, planning and execution.
- Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control and SOC to manage disruption recovery and minimize impact to guest service and operational integrity.
