Seda Manila Bay is looking for a Duty Manager who can help oversee daily hotel operations, ensure smooth guest experiences, and support our teams throughout each shift. If you have a strong background in front office or hotel operations, we’d be happy to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee hotel operations during your shift and address any concern
- Support the Front Office team in managing check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests
- Handle guest issues and ensure timely, thoughtful resolution
- Coordinate with all departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Monitor lobby and guest areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and service standard
- Assist with reports, documentation, and shift handover
- Guide and mentor staff to uphold service quality
