Responsibilities
- Shift Operations
- Supervise all operational departments during shift.
- Conduct operational briefings, daily (AM & PM).
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Monitor staff presentation and grooming.
- Handle shift handovers effectively; record daily handover.
- Guest Relations
- Manage guest complaints and recoveries.
- Assist Guests during arrivals, check‑ins and departures.
- Ensure personalized service delivery.
- Conduct guest follow‑ups on all requests.
