What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market.
- Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Salary & Commission
- €30,000 gross annual base salary.
- Monthly commission target: €600.
- Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers.
- Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers.
- Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
Friday: 09:00–15:00
