Tasks
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist customers with delivery tracking, parcel-related issues, returns, and general inquiries.
- Ensure every interaction provides a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused experience.
- Handle customer requests efficiently while meeting KPIs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
