- Safely operate a truck to transport goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption, while complying with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record with experience in operating large vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations, traffic laws, and routes to ensure efficient and safe deliveries.
- Ability to load and unload cargo, perform vehicle inspections, and handle paperwork related to deliveries and shipments.
