Dubai Regional Payments Tech Lead - Optimize & Scale PSP

Caliberly is seeking a Regional Payments Technical Lead for our Dubai office. In this role, you will act as the primary technical contact for payment operations, managing complex transaction issues and analysing data to optimize processes.

You will build and lead a technical team as the business grows, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance payment solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a PSP or fintech environment, with strong analytical and communication skills.
