Dubai-Based Senior Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor

Egis in Dubai is seeking a skilled Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities from award to final account across diverse projects. You will monitor costs, assess variations, and prepare monthly cost reports, collaborating closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of quantity surveying experience, a Bachelor’s in QS or Civil Engineering, and familiarity with CostX, Causeway, BIM, and Excel. UAE regulation knowledge is essential.
