This position is a 12-month contract requiring 4+ years of experience specializing in DTMF IVR applications through Cisco CVP. Expertise in Cisco Call Studio and VXML Server is essential to the role, along with knowledge of UCCE for integration procedures and CTI variables, ensuring proficient queuing and routing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop DTMF IVR applications using Cisco CVP
• Create and maintain VXML scripts for interactive voice response
• Integrate applications with UCCE Routing Scripts
• Troubleshoot issues related to Call Studio GUI
• Support Finesse Agent Desktop integrations
Requirements:
