About The Role
SharkNinja is looking for a DTC Sales Manager to own and drive Canada's Direct to Consumer growth strategy. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution, responsible for shaping and delivering a retail sales plan that drives revenue, optimizes margin, and positions SharkNinja's DTC channel for sustained growth in the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate will bring deep e‑commerce expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the cross‑functional influence to align Sales Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing behind a shared DTC vision.
