JOB SUMMARY
The DT Lead CRM & Commercial Solutions Japan serves as the local owner of the Global Standard CRM Platform, ensuring its successful adoption, optimization, and value realization within the Japan organization. The role is accountable for defining and executing the Japan strategy, roadmap, and operational model for CRM and connected commercial technologies—such as Veeva CRM, CLM, Veeva Engage, OCCP, Case Follow System, and third‑party media integrations—while ensuring that global design principles, governance, and standardization are consistently applied.
This role acts as the bridge between global platform strategy and local business needs.
