Drumline Instructor for Student Enrichment

Concorde Education is looking for a Drumline Instructor to lead a dynamic after-school course focused on percussion skills development. Engage students while they explore drumming techniques and ensemble playing.
This role includes conducting a 10-week course on-site at various partner schools, where you will teach foundational techniques and foster a collaborative musical atmosphere. You will adapt your instruction to meet diverse student needs and ensure safe and effective rehearsal environments, ultimately culminating in a performance demonstration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a structured drumline curriculum over 10 sessions
• Tailor instruction for varying experience levels and provide feedback
• Oversee safe class management and instrument handling
