Job Summary

Microavia is a drone technology company focused on the development and manufacturing of innovative drones. We develop a drone‑in‑a‑box solution for critical infrastructure & perimeter surveillance. The core of the system is server‑side software that manages drones, landing stations, client computers, and other devices, giving users full control over any connected drone, including live video streaming. Operation is highly automated: the server software controls all flight operations, battery swaps, preflight checks, mission uploads, high‑resolution data downloads, and other essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flight Operations & Compliance
   • Conduct drone operations (VLOS and BVLOS) in compliance with EASA Regulation (EU) 2019/947 and applicable national rules of each Member State.
   • Operate within the appropriate regulatory category (Open / Specific / Certified) based on operational risk.
