About the Role
As Driver Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of bus drivers to deliver reliable, efficient and customer-focused services. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of services from the depot and maintaining compliance with safety, fatigue management and regulatory standards.
This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with early start times and late finishes. You will also participate in an on-call roster for weekends as needed, ensuring strong on-the-ground leadership and operational support during peak periods and disruptions.
