Driver Records & Compliance Specialist

PAM Transport is seeking a Driver File Administrator in Arkansas to review background reports, verify employment history, and ensure all driver files meet regulatory and company standards.

You will conduct audits on students and experienced drivers, compile DOT paperwork, and maintain driver documentation like licenses and medical cards. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with an hourly pay range of $16–$18 depending on experience.
