Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver packages to customers efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a high level of customer service during deliveries.
- Follow designated routes and time schedules.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist drivers in loading, unloading, and securing deliveries
- Ability to perform moderate lifting up to 15kg as required for delivery operations
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and any issues encountered
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any delivery-related concerns
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and effective distribution of goods
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
