Main Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance and other stakeholders) to investigate driver’s issues and deliver optimal solutions.
• Engage and collaborate with every function within the Driver Operations team and others, both lateral and vertical, to share information about driver’s current issues and propose changes (if needed) in process and policy for drivers.
• Use data to understand driver behavior in order to enhance communication and incentive programs based on vehicle type.
• Analyze impacts on supply and demand by identifying opportunities in driver availability hours, engagement (order/active driver), and specific supply shortages in certain regions during the weekly schedule.
