Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate the shuttle bus according to traffic laws and company safety standards
- Transport passengers on scheduled routes and designated pick-up and drop-off points
- Ensure timely arrival and departure according to the assigned schedule
- Assist passengers when boarding and alighting, including elderly or disabled passengers when required
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the shuttle bus at all time
- Follow company policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance logs
- Communicate politely and professionally with passengers, supervisors, and dispatchers
- Observe road safety, defensive driving practices, and courteous driving behavior
