Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential driver-partners through various online and offline channels.
• Build rapport with leads and guide them through the end-to-end onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly activity and conversion targets by maintaining consistent outreach efforts.
• Conduct field activations or community engagement activities when needed to boost lead generation.
• Track and maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and successful conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, recruitment, fieldwork, or community outreach is an advantage.
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and social platforms to connect with potential applicants.
