Drive System & Propulsion Lead

We are seeking an experienced Drive System & Propulsion Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and validation of advanced aerospace propulsion and mechanical drive systems. The role requires strong expertise in rotorcraft, propeller systems, mechanical drives, and aerospace testing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead propulsion and drive system architecture, design, and integration activities.
• Develop and evaluate rotor, propeller, rotor hub, and mechanical drive systems.
• Perform and guide fatigue, fracture, durability, and structural analysis.
• Support propulsion testing, flight test activities, and system validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary aerospace engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
