Drive Backend Process Engineer – Yield & Optimization

Seagate Technology in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-educated engineer to join the Drive Backend Assembly team. You will set up and buy off processes, monitor yield, and ensure conformance to product specs while applying Six Sigma and Lean principles.

You will analyze data, run basic queries, collaborate with engineers, and support continuous improvement to maintain stable operations and achieve OKRs.
