Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily drilling operations to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the approved drilling program and project specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies, applicable regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to promote a safe working environment and ensure operational compliance.
- Supervise and evaluate drilling performance to ensure drilling objectives and operational targets are achieved in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure the quality of drilling services and maintain wellbore integrity throughout drilling operations.
