Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Manager to join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico.This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations- Develop and monitor operational programs (POA)- Coordinate logistics, materials, and third-party services- Ensure compliance with well integrity and regulatory requirements- Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives- Interface with clients and internal stakeholdersRequirements:- Degree in Petroleum Engineering- 10+ years of experience in drilling operations- Strong knowledge of well design, drilling techniques, and well integrity- Experience in HPHT, deep wells, or complex environments is preferred- Leadership and project management skills- Advanced English
