Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Manager to join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico.This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.Key Responsibilities:Plan and supervise drilling, completion, and workover operationsDevelop and monitor operational programs (POA)Coordinate logistics, materials, and third-party servicesEnsure compliance with well integrity and regulatory requirementsLead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiativesInterface with clients and internal stakeholdersRequirements:Degree in Petroleum Engineering10+ years of experience in drilling operationsStrong knowledge of well design, drilling techniques, and well integrityExperience in HPHT, deep wells, or complex environments is preferredLeadership and project management skillsAdvanced English
