Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Manager to join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects while ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Petroleum Engineering, over 10 years of experience in drilling operations, and strong knowledge of well design and drilling techniques.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
