Become a part of SSR Mining's team as a Driller, Jumbo at the Seabee Gold Operation in Saskatchewan. This role emphasizes operational efficiency and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
As the Driller, you will report to the Supervisor of Mine Operations and will be tasked with operating Jumbo drills in compliance with all safety regulations. Your role requires extensive underground mining experience, particularly in gold mining, to effectively support production targets and maintain operational standards. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and safe completion of mining activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure and maintain a Saskatchewan blasting ticket
• Skillfully operate 1 and 2 boom Jumbo equipment
• Prepare faces and load blasting rounds
• Read and interpret geological mine prints
• Complete additional assignments as directed
