Drill Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Drill Maintenance Technician (15004)

The Drill Maintenance Technician repairs, troubleshoots, adjusts, overhauls and maintains Cote Gold’s drilling fleet for safe and reliable operations. The fleet includes Epiroc’s Autonomous Pit Vipers 231s, D65s and DM30s. The Technician works collaboratively with the team to deliver execution of the integrated plan and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Area 1: Safe and reliable drill maintenance.

• Perform thorough inspections of drilling rigs and tools, identifying and mitigating potential issues early.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, and initiating component replacement program.
• Regularly replace or repair worn‑out components to ensure optimal functionality.
• Execute both minor and major mechanical repairs on site to maintain equipment reliability.
