Drayage Track & Trace Specialist (Bogotá)

As a Track & Trace Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our customers’ drayage freight by carrying out tactical tasks within our operating system, as well as monitoring and managing container movements from the port or rail ramp to final delivery. This role ensures timely updates, accurate documentation, and proactive communication between carriers, customers, and internal teams. Drayage freight is defined as the vigente drayage move, as well as any associated Transloading and Storage shipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track container movements using TMS (Transportation Management System), port/rail websites, and carrier updates.
• While maintaining frequent communication with carriers and/or storage providers, identifying, relaying, and recording in transit issues such as delays or missed appointments to the Drayage Coordinator.
