Responsibilities
- Drafting job for civil, architectural and structural disciplines.
- Draw detail drawings from own proposals or subcontractors' proposals.
- Produce or modify given drawings to achieve approval for work or for submission.
- Conduct site measurement and prepare shop drawings and as‑built drawings.
- Coordinate material sample collection/submission to sub‑contractors and clients.
- Liaise with consultants, PE engineers, subcontractors, supervisors.
- Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate) to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience specific for 2D detailing or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and technical drawing preparation skills.
- Good coordination, proactive, and communication skills.
