Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities.
- Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
- Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition and method statement
- Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors.
- Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
- 1-2 years of working experience in QS or Drafting
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel skills Competency
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage
