Roles and Responsibilities
- To construct model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction.
- Update model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
- To develop design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Monitor and conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution for Project Design Team.
- Achieve the drawing submission schedule.
- To coordinate, communicate with clients and execute project on site independently.
- Good level of communication and teamwork with different individuals representing multiple disciplines to achieve optimum building information modelling (BIM) performances.
- Candidate possesses at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
