Responsibilities
- Develop, update and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines with a strong emphasis on accuracy, coordination and quality control.
- Ensure timely submission of BIM models and drawings in line with project requirements and schedules.
- Organize and manage data to facilitate seamless coordination across disciplines (M&E, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing Sanitary, etc.).
- Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards.
- Work closely with design teams, project teams and lead engineers to produce coordinated CAD drawings and BIM outputs.
- Provide accurate BIM deliverables to support design, authority submissions and construction documentation.
