Job Summary
To prepare 3D CADCAM and manufacturing drawing for LOD Weldment. To support ME in designing and review any jig and fixtures for Weldment operation used.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To prepared CAD and manufacturing drawing for LOD weldment (70%).
- To work with ME and machinist in preparing jig and fixtures drawing for LOD weldment process such as Bending, Milling, Wire cut and welding (15%).
- Maintain existing engineering designs and drawing at specific SharePoint provided and review following customer updates. (15%).
Other Duties
- Estimate cost limits and budgets for any fixtures and jigs required during this LOD weldment fabrication.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able to prepare 3D drawing weldment using Solidworks CADCAM software.
- Able to read and understand well of GD&T Symbol and reference.
