Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Edit and clean approved building and floor plans in various formats, including 2D CAD and 3D BIM
• Ensure all CAD/BIM data is accurately documented, organised, and maintained in a structured manner
• Interpret and validate building and floor plans to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Track and support the progress of data digitalisation to ensure timely delivery of datasets
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant educational background in Architecture, Built Environment, or related fields
• Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and ensure data accuracy
