Downstream Production Support Lead – Brabant wallon, Belgium

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end operational support across DSP production activities – from issue identification through to implementation in the field.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, production documentation and risk assessments across a broad and varied scope.
• Support the implementation of technical and operational solutions directly in production areas.
• Interface with Production, QA, MSAT and suppliers depending on topic complexity.
• Manage multiple topics simultaneously, set priorities and drive deliverables to closure.
• Write and review documentation in both French and English, ensuring quality system compliance.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence to understand process realities and support hands‑on implementation.
