Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor and gift records in Raiser's Edge NXT, performing data quality checks and NCOA updates.
• Process, record, and receipted all donations through mail, online, phone, EFT, and credit card transactions, including recurring giving and handling failed payments.
• Issue charitable tax receipts in compliance with CRA guidelines and investigate discrepancies in donor records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for donors and the public, responding to inquiries and building donor relationships through personalized communication.
