Job Summary
The Donor Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts by developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain donors. This role involves coordinating fundraising campaigns, managing donor databases, organizing and supporting events, and conducting research to identify potential funding opportunities. The Donor Development Specialist works closely with the Development Manager and other team members to achieve the Sign of Hope Campaign goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Coordinate direct mail, email, and social media fundraising efforts.
