You will set the direction for HR systems and personally turn that direction into better outcomes. This is not a governance-only role: you will diagnose friction across the employee lifecycle, prioritise the roadmap, configure and improve platforms, and ensure every change is adopted in practice.
Profile for success
- Demonstrated hands‑on ownership or implementation of a core HRIS, payroll, ATS or performance‑management platform—not only oversight of delivery teams.
- Evidence of improving hire‑to‑retire processes by translating business needs into configured systems, clear requirements, process maps or user stories.
- A track record of balancing roadmap priorities with personal execution in a lean, delivery‑focused environment.
- Proven success leading multi‑site or multi‑country system/process adoption, training and intervention where uptake is low.
